Shipping policy

***During this COVID-19 pandemic, USPS shipping times are much longer than normal. Please expect extreme delays in transit time as well as delays for tracking status updates. USPS tracking updates may not be available for up to 10 days***

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For customized clothing, processing takes a little longer. Please allow up to 5 days for processing. 

Unverifiable Addresses

Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.

Refused Packages
If your package is refused or return from USPS; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package.

Lost Packages 
We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS, UPS, or FedEx error. If we track your package and it shows that it has been delivered or in transit, and you have not received your package, we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a response from the carrier.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories

As a service to our men and women in the Armed Forces, ambitiousgyrlboutique.com will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to Domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail®.  Because these are government addresses and therefore must be shipped using this method.  Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted.

**Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & the U.S. Territories**

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

We ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders shipped to these locations must be shipped via USPS Mail and may take longer than the standard transit times for arrival. 

 

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**

AmbitiousGyrlBoutique.com is happy to serve our international customers by offering USPS INTERNATIONAL for shipping and handling to most destinations around the world. International shipping charges are based on several factors including the total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. The risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

**Taxes and Duties**

All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S.

Policy And Terms

By placing an order at ambitiousgyrlboutique.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to ambitiousgyrlboutique.com.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
